These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and Trit Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Trit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The Service helps you analyze and log your meals, receive personalized insights about your nutrition habits, and get expert-designed nutrition coaching tailored to your goals.
THE SERVICE IS NOT AND SHOULD NOT BE REGARDED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE, GUIDANCE, COUNSELING, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. THE SERVICE IS INTENDED SOLELY FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ON NUTRITION. IN CASE OF ANY HEALTH-RELATED CONCERNS, SEEK THE ADVICE OF A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL. IN CASE OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY DISPATCH CENTER.
You consent to receiving legally required notices and communications electronically. You may withdraw this consent by contacting support.
Only registered users may access the Service. Registration is done through your Google or Apple account. You must provide true, accurate and complete details. You are responsible for providing correct details and for the security of your account.
We grant you a limited, revocable, worldwide license to use the Service for personal, individual purposes only. Commercial use is prohibited. You may not transfer your account or login credentials to third parties and you remain responsible for all activities under your account.
You are solely responsible for your actions when using the Service. You may only use the Service if you are 18 years of age or above. You agree not to:
Trit may suspend or terminate your account if you: abuse your rights, breach these Terms, violate any applicable law, harm others, perform illegal acts, submit false information, transfer your account without authorization, or fail payment obligations.
Our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms, explains our privacy practices.
All rights in the Service, including software, content, design, and trademarks, belong to Trit or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service. You may not use marks confusingly similar to Trit’s trademarks. Any feedback you provide grants Trit full rights to use it commercially without compensation.
Trit determines the frequency and scope of updates without user claims. Layout, design, and features may change without prior notice if performance is not materially diminished. Maintenance may briefly suspend the Service.
Service quality depends on third-party software, hardware, and networks. Trit does not warrant uninterrupted operation, constant accessibility, or immunity from errors or unauthorized access.
We may modify these Terms at any time, notifying you through the Service or by email. Changes take effect upon subscription renewal. Your continued use indicates consent to the revised Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR USE “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” ALL WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, RELIABILITY, PERFORMANCE, AND ACCURACY. USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Trit and its staff have no liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability for direct damages is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify Trit from any claims arising from your violation or misuse of the Service, covering damages, costs, and attorney’s fees.
You may terminate by selecting “Delete Account” in the App’s Settings tab. Trit may terminate upon subscription term end with advance notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends, account data may be deleted, and paid fees are non-refundable. Surviving provisions continue to apply.
App Store and Google Play terms may apply. Store operators are not responsible for service provision or support. In case of conflicts, store terms prevail. You must comply with applicable third-party terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior negotiations. No agency or partnership exists between the parties. Unenforced provisions are not waived. You may not assign your rights. Trit may assign to third parties upon notice. Invalid provisions shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
