This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how information is collected and used by Trit Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Trit,” “we” and “our”).
We are committed to protecting and respecting data privacy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.
You must be a registered user to use the Service. Registration is done through your Apple or Google account, from which we receive your email address and display name. We refer to this as “Registration Information.”
We collect and process information you provide such as meals you logged into the App. We refer to this as “Your Content.”
Your payments are processed through the third party payment processor we use (“Payment Processor”). We do not receive or store your credit card information and do not keep it in our records. We refer to this as “Purchase Information.”
We refer to this as “Feedback Information.”
We refer to this entire data as “Analytics Information.”
We store and use your Registration Information, Your Content and Analytics Information in order to provide you the functionality of the Service.
Subject to your express written consent, we will process your Registration Information to send you messages that contain sales or marketing promotions (via email and the Service). You may opt-out of receiving promotional messages at any time.
We process your Purchase Information to administer your subscription to the Service, approve your access to the Service, and manage the renewal of your subscription.
We process the Analytics Information, Your Content, and Feedback Information to assess the Service performance, maintain and improve the Service, for quality assurance and for development and enhancement of the Service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, reply to you and troubleshoot problems and related purposes.
We will not share your information with third parties, except in the events listed below or when you provide us with your explicit and informed consent.
We will process your Information with the assistance of our service providers, including RevenueCat, Google, and Apple as part of our subscription management process. These companies are authorized to use your personal information in this context only as necessary to provide you with the Service and not for their own business purposes.
To effectuate your payment of the subscription fees, we share the following information with the Payment Processor: your subscription selection and account identifier.
If you have abused your rights to use the Service, or violated any applicable law, we may share information with competent authorities and with third parties (such as legal counsels and advisors), for the purpose of handling the violation or breach.
We will share your information if we are required to do so by a judicial, governmental or regulatory authority.
If the operation of our business is organized within a different framework, or through another legal structure or entity (such as due to a merger or acquisition), we will share information only as required to enable structural change in the operation of the business.
We will retain your information for the duration needed to provide you with the Service, conduct our research and support our ordinary business activities operating the Service, and thereafter as needed for record-keeping, compliance with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
We implement measures designed to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, these measures do not guarantee absolute security.
You have rights to access, update and delete your information.

You also have a right to have your account and personal data deleted by using the “Delete Account” option under the “Settings” tab of the App.
The Service is not directed to users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information or data from children under the age of 18 or knowingly allow children under the age of 18 to use the Service.
The latest version of the Privacy Policy will always be accessible through the Service. If we change this Privacy Policy, we will make efforts to proactively notify you of such changes. Your continued use of the Service after being notified of the changes indicates your consent to the new policy.
